Good morning Healthy Monday 🌻

 Our Healthy Mind series will continue with 7 Principles of Guarding Our thoughts for this Health and Wellness Day



But also as we already know, our thoughts lead to actions our actions to habits, and habits to the character. We can relate this to these 7 good Principles to be shared for better pathways and our own health..
As you may know, everything is governed by a certain principle↘️ or set of guidelines. Or else life would crash💥.

We'll look at one principal at a time over this and the coming Health and Wellness Day. As we look at how to keep our Minds 

Have you ever had faith to the extent that you see what otherwise would have been normal to everybody else happen, but it's extraordinary to you?!


I've had times when I had to pray for the traffic officers not to stop our car during it's terrific shambles and by faith asked for a guardian angel who flew right next to our car. I saw every car with the same exact problem, or at least similar to ours, being stopped ahead and behind us but ours...


How about a look at faith in that perspective!
